Located in the vibrant heart of Glorietta 3, Makati City, Hawker Chan Glorietta brings a celebrated slice of Singaporean culinary heritage to Metro Manila. This Michelin-starred restaurant is internationally renowned for its authentic flavors and exceptional value, making it a must-visit destination for lovers of Southeast Asian cuisine.
Hawker Chan specializes in iconic Singaporean dishes that tantalize the taste buds with their meticulous balance of seasoning and texture. Among the crowd favorites, the Hainanese Chicken stands out—tender, juicy chicken served with perfectly fragrant rice, all elevated by a savory blend of soy sauce that delivers a satisfying umami kick. Diners have praised how the chicken melts effortlessly with each bite, embodying true comfort in every mouthful.
The Roasted Pork is another star on the menu, boasting a crispy, golden skin contrasted by succulent, flavorful meat underneath. Equally worthy of attention is the Char Kway Teow, a noodle dish that captivates with its smoky aroma and robust, well-seasoned profile. These dishes showcase the rich culinary traditions of Singapore, prepared with consistency and care.
While some visitors mention a bit of variability—such as the pork cutlets not always hitting the mark or the soy chicken occasionally lacking in intensity—many find the overall dining experience rewarding, with generous portion sizes that offer excellent value. The Hainanese Tray with Laksa has also earned heartfelt commendations as a comforting, soul-soothing option, blending creamy, spicy laksa broth with tender poached chicken and noodles.
The atmosphere at Hawker Chan Glorietta is casual yet inviting, perfect for both quick lunches and relaxed dinners. The service is warm and efficient, allowing guests to enjoy their meals without any fuss. It's a place where locals and visitors alike can appreciate authentic Singaporean flavors without leaving the city.
In sum, Hawker Chan Glorietta delivers a compelling experience that marries culinary excellence with affordability. Whether you’re craving the classic savoriness of soy sauce chicken or the hearty satisfaction of stir-fried noodles, each visit promises a taste revelation filled with genuine passion for Singaporean fare.

Food is a hit or miss. Some of the foods are bland and some are good. For me the hainanese chicken is the best. Pork cutlets is the worst out of all the food that we ordered. Soy chicken lacks flavor in my opinion. Will try some other daya nd try some other food in the menu. Service is ok.

Hawker Chan is the famed Singaporean resto known for its Michelin star. Located in Glorietta, Makati, I decided to try out and find what the fuss is all about. I ordered Soya sauce Chicken, one with rice for my friend and I got the noodles as my carbs of choice. The chicken is tender, not too salty. The sauce adds umami & flavor to the noodles. I rate it 4.5 out 5. On the second occasion, I tried out the Laksa, this soupy dish from Malaysia. I enjoyed the spiciness of the soup, the flavor is complex, with umami, salty, sweetness and savoury all in one slurp. Recently, Hawker Chan lost its Michelin star. But do I care? Not one bit. Even minus the accolades, Hawker Chan delivers on its own merits.
